Gong Fu is ...

Gong Fu extends beyond combat, emphasizing self-cultivation, meditation, movement, and healing. It is a journey of self-discovery. Through graceful movement and meditation, Gong Fu unites mind and body, offering a path to inner harmony and balance.

Movement


Movement in stillness and stillness in dragon-2-mobiledmovement, building structure without being stiff, attaining softness without being structureless. (A tree that does not yield is uprooted, a tree that yields too much cannot grow into the sky).

Stillness


Through constant practice, coming to rest more and more, calming the mind and do all exercises in motion or unmoved with inner stillness (refined thoughts), meditation in movement (Taiji).

Healing


Self-healing through perseverance, long-suffering and trust in the practices. Heal and harmonize yourself naturally.

Sight


Insight, transparency, foresight through the theory and philosophy hidden in the exercises. Change/open your own sight of the world and of yourself.

    Using the space without becoming stiff from rooting.

    Permeability (the Yin to the Yang - the grounding of the legs is perfected here with the flexibility of the upper body).
